Rules of the House

Administration:

  1. Can edit, delete and post article/s but this must be do so with proper consideration to the original author/s of the said article/s. changes must be indicated in notes at the bottom of the said materials. for graphics like pictures, due credit must be given.
  2. Must never tinker or alter the accounts of members under them.
  3. Reserves the right to block erring members: this includes deletion of certain accounts of violating members and banning of contents posted/submitted by those said members.
  4. Reserves the right to install or uninstall modules and site components, but only with permission from the super administrators.
  5. In the case of graduating administration members: CHMSCA follows the Rule of inheritance. graduating Admin members will name successors from those under them, but must obtain the agreement of the entire Administration before turning over the responsibility.
  6. Administrators run every aspect of the site: they must—under no circumstance—give their keys to anyone. violating admin members will be evicted from their position/s and their backdoor privileges will be cancelled.
  7. The admin is likewise responsible for the site as a whole. it must never tolerate any violation by its members—even those in CHMSCA—of the house rules and otherwise.

Registered Members:

  1. Can use the site’s facilities to the extent of their functional capabilities but must avoid all manner of illegality such as profanity, vulgarity, or maliciousness towards other members. this will result to the deletion of your accounts—immediately—at first offense.
  2. Must never engage in “flame baiting”, that is, picking quarrels with any member of the site, resulting to heated arguments and such online. this will likewise result to deletion of account on the offense. we encourage creative criticism and comments, but such must be given with ample consideration.
  3. Be civil.
  4. Must never use vulgar or inappropriate words. the site’s components will filter them anyhow, but members are adviced to avoid them as much as possible. this may result to the suspension of your account.
  5. Must be responsible for what they have written/submitted. CHMSCA moderates the contents of the site, but members are still held accounted for any material. an article, graphic, etc. is subject to ownership rights as well as copyright: the submittee/s are immediately considered the owner/s of the material posted unless they indicate otherwise.
  6. Must never give their password to anyone for their own sake.
